AVIS is a portal into the Arkansas DFA, Office of Motor Vehicles system. Approved access will allow you to file direct liens and conduct inquiries based on the VIN number or title number. This service is open to franchise dealers, banks, credit unions and finance companies.

ARS - Arkansas Vehicle Registration System
ARS is the preferred vendor of the SecureETag Temporary Tag System for franchised dealers in Arkansas. This web-based program enables authorized vehicle dealerships the ability to provide secure temporary tags to customers as required by law, monitor and maintain authorized users, as well as control and replenish inventory. This service is monitored by the DFA Office of Motor Vehicles and local law enforcement.
